04 · Pre-planned re-parenting

For each likely failure, the twin pre-computes fallback: neighbor cells that stretch, priority for emergency traffic, parameters staged in advance. When a site drops, the network fails over by plan, not panic.

05 · The morning after

Sites are still damaged — physics doesn't negotiate. But coverage held where it mattered, emergency calls routed, and repair crews start from a triage list that was written before the rain.
