We were not in the room. Every reading on this desk is an outside analysis of public reporting, written to show how the method is applied — not to allege what any organisation knew or decided. Where we go beyond the public record we say so in the text.
First-hand notes from engagements, published anonymised: no client, municipality or person is named, and figures that have not been audited are marked as estimates.

Sweden's new law on shelters and protected spaces has applied since 1 June 2026 and places duties on municipalities and property owners. The material required to rehearse against it already exists: addresses, buildings, population figures and a shelter map updated daily.
