Field notes — week of Oct 28, 2024

The through-line this week was strategy and commercialisation, power-grid resilience and edge and local-first architecture. The recurring problem: the vision is clear while the route to durable revenue needs sharpening. The cost shows up as duplicated effort and decisions that arrive too late. What's called for is a grounded system that turns capture into decision — the loop we run.
