The recurring theme across the week was edge and local-first architecture, health and longevity and digital twins. The recurring problem: data sovereignty is demanded but rarely architected in from the start. The cost shows up as duplicated effort and decisions that arrive too late. The answer is grounding: models tied to real data, not guesswork — which is our craft.
