Field notes — week of Jan 27, 2025

This week's work clustered around edge and local-first architecture, digital twins and smart buildings and infrastructure. The recurring problem: data sovereignty is demanded but rarely architected in from the start. The result is capital and attention spent without a compounding return. The need is interoperable structure over raw data — and that's where we operate.
