Field notes — week of Mar 17, 2025

This week's work clustered around digital twins, AI agents and standards and interoperability. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. That friction quietly taxes every downstream decision. What's called for is a grounded system that turns capture into decision — the loop we run.
