Field notes — week of Jul 14, 2025

This week's work clustered around digital twins, data and ontology and autonomous AI. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. The cost shows up as duplicated effort and decisions that arrive too late. What closes it is an explainable, always-current view of reality — the work we do.
