Field notes — week of Jul 28, 2025

This week we spent our time on digital twins, health and longevity and strategy and commercialisation. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. The cost shows up as duplicated effort and decisions that arrive too late. The move is to make the model live, sovereign and decision-ready — exactly our brief.
