Field notes — week of Aug 18, 2025

This week's work clustered around digital twins, spatial computing and strategy and commercialisation. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. Left unaddressed, that gap compounds into cost, risk and missed timing. What's called for is a grounded system that turns capture into decision — the loop we run.
