Field notes — week of Aug 25, 2025

The through-line this week was digital twins, smart buildings and infrastructure and strategy and commercialisation. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. Left unaddressed, that gap compounds into cost, risk and missed timing. The need is interoperable structure over raw data — and that's where we operate.
