This week's work clustered around digital twins, data and ontology and smart buildings and infrastructure. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. The result is capital and attention spent without a compounding return. The answer is grounding: models tied to real data, not guesswork — which is our craft.
