Field notes — week of Nov 24, 2025

This week we spent our time on digital twins, strategy and commercialisation and smart buildings and infrastructure. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. Left unaddressed, that gap compounds into cost, risk and missed timing. The need is interoperable structure over raw data — and that's where we operate.
