Field notes — week of Dec 15, 2025

Attention this week concentrated on digital twins, health and longevity and smart buildings and infrastructure. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. The result is capital and attention spent without a compounding return. What's called for is a grounded system that turns capture into decision — the loop we run.
