Field notes — week of Dec 22, 2025

The week's centre of gravity was digital twins, health and longevity and data and ontology. The recurring problem: rich physical assets exist, but the models describing them are static and drift out of date. The implication is a widening gap between what's known and what's acted on. What's needed is a living, grounded model teams can actually act on — and that's the loop we build.
